At Threads Atelier, we strive to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it reaches your doorstep. Please review the details below regarding our shipping and delivery processes.
Order Processing & Confirmation
- All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Only items listed in this email will be included in the contract.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or at our discretion. If payment was already made, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Locations & Delivery Timelines
- We ship locally within the UAE and internationally to selected countries.
- Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- UAE: 1–2 business days
- GCC & International: 5–7 business days
- Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.
- Please note that custom-made or pre-order items have longer production lead times, which are indicated in the product description and are separate from delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and weight of the order.
- Additional fees may apply for remote areas or oversized items. These will be reflected before final payment.
- Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These fees are non-refundable, even in the case of return.
Currency & Exchange Rates
- All prices on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- If your payment is in another currency, the final amount charged may vary based on the exchange rate used by your card issuer on the day of transaction.
Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We primarily use DHL or equivalent reliable couriers.
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability.
- We are not responsible for postal delays, force majeure, or customs clearance holds.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment Authorization & Security
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and other clearly stated methods on the website.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe using encryption protocols.
- You confirm that the payment card used is yours or authorized for use.
Failed Deliveries & Refusals
- If a delivery is refused or an incorrect address is provided, any return costs and applicable duties will be deducted from your refund.
- In the case of multiple failed delivery attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
