Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery in case of defective or incorrect items.
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and tags intact.
  • Items must be sent back with any original packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes, etc.).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, or pre-order items.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Garments showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window.

Note: Slight variations in fabric, embroidery, or handwork due to the artisanal nature of the pieces are not considered defects.

Return Shipping & Charges

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is found to be defective.
  • Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or other taxes applicable on returned items.
  • Threads Atelier is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untraceable return shipments.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process upon approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds may be provided as either:
    • Store credit for future purchases on our website, or
    • Bank transfer to your original payment method (processing times may vary by bank).
  • Refund approvals are subject to item inspection.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
  • After 1 hour, cancellation requests will be considered only if the order hasn't entered processing.
  • Orders for custom-made or pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject any return not meeting our policy conditions.
  • We may restrict future orders from customers with excessive return history.
  • For any special circumstances, we aim to offer fair solutions.
